1945 OMEGA RECTANGULAR WATCH
This is a scarce and early vintage Omega rectangular watch made for the Australian market according to the 9ct hallmark. It will fit perfectly on a smaller size wrist due to its size.  The factory original finish dial is untouched and in great condition.  The fully serviced 17.8 manual wind movement works and keeps time well. Unpolished 9 carat rose gold unique fancy case is in very good condition with personal engraving—original signed crown.  The crystal is in excellent condition. The movement serial number is 10313770, dating this watch to 1945. The case model reference is 1407 and measures 21.3mm across, excluding the crown by 30.6mm lug tip to lug tip. It will come with a new handmade 18mm genuine leather strap. The case has wire-type lugs. The wrist size in the photos is 6 inches.
