Here is a very rare military Omega vintage watch. This particular watch is a Swedish market World War 2 military watch. According to collectors, it is also known as the cigarette watch. Swedish soldiers used to trade their Suveran watches for cigarette packs, where they got the name "cigarette watch." Of course, only a limited quantity of the Suveran exists in today's market. Factory original finish dial with a unique combination of Roman numeral and spot hour indexes. The luminous paste on the hands had been relumed sometime ago. The watch has a new crystal and case back gasket—an original unsigned crown. The rare 30T2 manual wind movement has been professionally serviced. The movement serial number is 10470760, which dates this watch to 1945. The solid stainless steel unpolished case is original and measures 35mm across, excluding the crown by 42mm lug tip to lug tip.
